Polyesteramine resin type powder coating
◆General introductions
It is called climate-resistant powder coating, which is made from carboxyl polyester
resin.It is characterized by excellent levelling property, chemical resistance
and very strong oil resi-stance and is applicable to painting of metal appearances
of cars, motorbikes, oiling machines,agricutural machinery which have the higher
requirement of chemical resistance.
◆Product Series
It can produce the product of high gloss ( above 80 percent ), half gloss (
50-80 percent ), sub-gloss ( 20-50 percent ), and the matt. the gloss can also
be controlled by the requirement of consumers.
◆Physical characteristics of the powder
Proportion ( 25℃.g/cm3 ): 1.4-1.7
Particle-size distribution: 100 percent lower 100 micron ( it can be adjusted
according to particular requirement of coating )
◆Curing conditions
200℃ ( work piece temperature ), 10 minutes
