Polyester Type Powder Coating
◆General introductions
Climate-resistant powder coating, which is made from carboxyl polyester resin.
It is mainly used for air conditioner, crust of park appliance, lamp house,
open furniture, and so on.
◆Product Series
Including two groups of product: contain TGIC or not.
It can produce the product of high gloss ( above 80 percent ), sub-gloss ( 20-50
percent ), and the matt. The gloss can also be controlled by the requirement
of consumers.
◆Physical characteristics of the powder
Proportion ( 25。C.g/cm3 ): 1.4-1.7
Particle-size distribution: 100 percent lower 100 micron ( it can be adjusted
according to particular requirement of painting )
◆Curing conditions
200。C ( work piece temperature ), 10 minutes
